Are Sampson County Mugshots Public?
No North Carolina statute located in the research says booking photos are always public in those exact words. The access framework is broader. The roster can show a recent admit with partial details, a current confinement with an old booking date, or a record with no photo. That does not by itself prove that no booking photo exists. It only means the public page did not display one at the time searched.
